Pace is currently seeking an Account Manager - Director. This position will support the PGES EFM Platform a focus on financial structuring and valuation services assignments across the energy space with a focus on natural gas midstream and power generation assets. This position will be responsible for providing support to existing services in multiple areas with a focus on storage, pipeline, processing, regassification terminal and traditional fossil fuel and renewable generation assets as well as developing a practice focused on valuation services for M&A deals, tax assessments and other expert services. The position responsibilities include:

- Leading a practice focused on valuation services of diverse energy assets.

- Managing client relationships and more junior staff in engagements related to financial structuring and valuation services.

- Developing strategies for and leading commercial negotiations related to energy asset transactions on behalf of Pace clients.

- Developing and capturing consulting business opportunities for Pace with natural gas producers, energy assets (liquefaction, regasification, pipeline and storage) project developers and owners, and other energy companies developing a sustainable revenue stream leading to $600K or more of business in 12 months

- Contributing to Paces market view and corporate branding materials related to financial services domestically and internationally.

- The ideal candidate should have the following attributes and experience:

- 7 - 12 years relevant experience in the energy industry.

- An advanced degree (MBA, Finance and/or Economics)

- Good understanding of the commercial value of energy infrastructure assets and how such assets (or capacity rights in such assets) are leveraged to create value in trading organizations.

- Several years of recent natural gas industry commercial experience related to LNG, storage, and/or natural gas trading, contracting and shipping.
