Sales Analyst

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and report on daily sales by sales channel
- Track and report on sales productivity statistics per geographic area and sales channel down to the store, vendor, event and sales agent level
- Sales
- Pass rates
- Sign-ups per hour
- Sales per hour
- Generate and report on Saves sales
- Monitor and report weekly on actual versus planned sales channel costs.
- Maintain and back up Cost Manager
- Generate ad-hoc sales reports such as sales by product, by TDSP, by credit band, by vendor, etc.
- Analyze and report on month end sales acquisition cost variances to plan and forecast
- Participate in Pricing meetings and work with pricing analyst to verify rate changes
- Participate in annual budgeting, forecasts and re-forecasts
- Assist with vendor sales reporting
- Audit 3rd party vendor invoices for accuracy
- Assure monthly sales channel accruals are accurate and submitted on time
- Coordinate sales payroll distribution/submission and manage sales payroll database
- Coordinate quarterly and annual Power Players events and maintain budget
- Maintain PTO calendar and reconcile with Payroll
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical skills are required
- Strong Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills a must
- Understanding of database-driven reports – must be proficient with Microsoft Access
- Proven ability to develop complex reports
- Experience working in teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Intense attention to detail
